Pahadi chillis, which are pungent and colourful, are used to make these chilli flakes. Made in-house, the chillis are sun-dried for added crispness before making flakes.

Sprinkled in salads, topped on spreads, added as a garnish to meats, so many ways to use Kilmora Mirchi.
